Dear Valued 365 Customers,
As our nation continues to deal with the unique challenges of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we want to recognize you and your employees for managing your business activities in a professional manner to meet these challenges. We are aware that most of you took decisive action to enable your teams to work remotely. We appreciate your willingness to enlist 365 Data Centers to provide you with remote hands and to limit your visits to our facilities to those that have been mission critical. 365 continues to focus on the health of our and your employees, the continuity of services from our data center infrastructure and network vendors, keeping you updated on our ongoing commitment to protect and transport your data, and provide you with the support you require.
I’d like to take a moment to also recognize a group of dedicated employees that have also stood tall throughout this pandemic: the essential personnel team at 365. While all 365 employees, from network services and engineering, to cloud and virtual services and engineering, to sales and administration, have all admirably remained focused on customer service and diligently conducted our business in the normal course while working remotely, I especially want to thank our data center facilities, network operations center, and customer service center personnel. They have carried out their responsibilities to you and remained present at our data centers, network operations centers (NOC) and customer service centers (CSC) while balancing public health concerns. It would be an understatement to say they’ve risen to the occasion. Without our committed team working diligently behind the scenes, our core mission of supporting our customers wouldn’t be possible.
They’ve gladly taken on responsibilities outside of their typical day-to-day duties, like routinely cleaning surfaces at our facilities to keep everyone safe. In addition, they’ve taken on more responsibility. Demand for our remote hands support is higher than ever before, and they’re providing extra assistance as needed for those of you who, during this time, have increased the data center and network services which you purchase from 365.
As essential employees of an essential services business, our data center and NOC/CSC professionals continue to make the commitment and sacrifices required to enable you to entrust your IT infrastructure requirements to 365. Even though we are going above and beyond to adhere to safety precautions recommended by the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control to prevent the spread of the virus, we understand risk still exists as employees travel to and from our facilities. Our employees have been there for 365 and our customers, and I can’t thank them enough. We truly have the best team in the industry, and there’s no other group I would rather have staffing our essential service facilities and support.
