Initially housing its IT infrastructure on premise, IntelliNet experienced periodic power interruptions that critically affected its business. Hosted in a different facility, IntelliNet’s “always-on” cloud required the redundancy and uptime to keep their platform running all the time. IntelliNet needed the assurance that its data centers had the redundancy and uptime it required. With customers across every major vertical, IntelliNet also needed to provide an environment that was secure enough to enable its clients to meet industry-specific compliance requirements. Finally, to provide the greatest flexibility to privately access their platform, IntelliNet wanted to have access to the greatest number of fiber providers in Cleveland.
IntelliNet made a strategic decision to outsource its day-to-day IT infrastructure and support services to 365’s power-redundant facilities. IntelliNet’s service availability improved, and the firm moved its cloud and monitoring infrastructure from other facilities into 365’s location to serve as its primary data center.
In seven years, IntelliNet has experienced no downtime at 365’s facility, and the company has grown from 20 to 100 employees. When IntelliNet moved offices because it outgrew its space, the company continued to use 365’s facilities despite competitive offers because of 365’s superior reliability and client support services.

“Cloud solutions are only as good as the power source and data center they are housed in,” said Ronald Taton, president at IntelliNet. “We work in a high-growth industry where competitors are constantly trying to steal market share, so if a data center goes down, then you will lose business. We’ve experienced zero downtime in seven years and couldn’t be more pleased with our relationship with 365 Data Centers.”
